Join us on a hike up Panola Mountain to enjoy the sunset over Atlanta. The moonlight will guide us down to a lakeside campfire where we'll enjoy s'mores. Bring flashlights, hiking boots and water. Start the New Year off right with a brisk hike up beautiful Panola mountain! Join us on a journey that begins by writing, then burning, last year's burdens. Hike to the top of the mountain to symbolize all the great things you will accomplish in 2015. Finish with s'mores and hot chocolate around a campfire.

Bring your binoculars for this gentle hike through the park's Power of Flight area. Basic identification techniques and common birds will be discussed. Good for all ages. We recommend long pants and sleeves. Meet at the Alexander Lake Area. Call to register in advance. Donations of birdseed are appreciated.
