Arabia Mountain is a perfect place to connect with millions of years history, nature, and ourselves as we practice breath and movement. Take time to relax and refresh your body, mind, and soul. You will leave grounded, more aware of your surroundings, and filled with a deeper connection to yourself and the world.

Join Sandra under the wide-open sky for all level yoga practice (no experience is necessary). Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, a headlamp or flashlight, and dress accordingly to the weather.
