This Earth Day, join us for a peaceful sunset hike at Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve with DeKalb Commissioner Ted Terry! Part of Commissioner Terry’s DeKalb County Green New Deal Earth Day Celebration, we’ll travel to Arabia Peak to see the best sunset in the Atlanta-Metro area, and explore nearby nature trails to listen to nocturnal organisms. As we hike, DAMNP Naturalist Shaundon Moore will also share fascinating insights about Arabia Mountain’s Natural History.

This is an easy-moderate hike perfect for all skills levels. Please bring your own flashlight and/or headlamp and water. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
