Join us in meditation, sound bowl healing, yoga postures and more!!

Georgia has so much Native and African American history, as well as beautiful landscapes. We seek to connect with this history as we heal through the Kemetic Yoga practice known as Thef Neteru Sema Paut. Participants will be guided through the story of the Neteru and the empowering postures that reflect them. This practice will be outside unless weather does not permit us.
