For the 10th annual Monadnock Madness, join one or more of the programs at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park as you complete the Triple Hike Challenge.
On the morning of June 27th, 1864, the Union army would coordinate multi-faceted diversions and attacks against the Confederate ‘Kennesaw Line’. One of the major frontal assaults was up the rocky slopes of Pigeon Hill. Join a ranger for this moderate .5- 1 mile hike along the battle line.
