The Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers will resume its Monastery 5K Run after a 3-year hiatus due to Covid. The race starts at 8:30am in front of the Monastery Visitor Center and then goes on amazing trails behind the Monastery that are only accessible to visitors during this run.

The 5K stars at 8:30am but feel free to go to Mass before the race at 7:00am. Awards for the 5K will be (male/ female) top overall and top overall masters, and then top 3 in these age groups: 10 & under, 11-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-69, 60-64, 65-69 & 70+ Race proceeds go to the Monastery of the Holy Spirit.
