Mindful Walk & Sunset Meditation @ Arabia

Have you always wanted to start living a more mindful, active, and healthier lifestyle? Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present in the moment, increasing your level of focus, patience, acceptance, compassion, and happiness. It is a skill you can learn to apply to everyday life. Join us for a Mindful walk and meditation under the wide-open sky at the Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve. You can expect a 10-minute teaching on Mindfulness followed by a 30-minute slow walk. Finally, we will end the experience with a 20 minute guided meditation. Please dress accordingly for the weather and bring water and a blanket.
