The Daisy Flower represents peace and serenity. This 45 minute gentle yoga flow and meditation intends to cultivate just that! This experience will begin with a guided hike up Arabia Mountain with Ranger Robby. The morning movement and mindfulness will inspire the symbolisms of the daisy: love, cheerfulness, beauty, purity, innocence, hope, fun, and affection.
