Fernbank is leading the inaugural Atlanta City Nature Challenge. The City Nature Challenge is a world-wide event allowing cities to compete in a challenge to see who can tally the most nature observations. Fernbank invites all of Metro-Atlanta to join in making observations in your own yard or local park, so Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve is participating in the event, so look up our project on the app. It’s easy to participate, all you have to do is download the free iNaturalist app on your iphone or android device, and snap pictures of wildlife to upload via iNaturalist during the challenge.
