Bring your children (ages 5+) to Panola Mountain to learn more about amphibians in their natural habitat. Children will attempt to catch, observe, and release frogs in a natural stream. $8/child. Meet at Nature Center.

Wonder why Panola Mountain is a restricted area? Come on a guided hike for a close look at our unique ecology and see how outcrop plants scrape out a living in this harsh environment. Wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring water. Register in advance.

Join our Friends of Panola Mountain chapter at they put the finishing touches on our new Outdoor Classroom. Projects include mulching, planting plants in the rain garden area and touching up paint. Please call the Nature Center with any questions 770-389-7801.

Join our Archery Instructor for this spectacular program! During our Cosmic Archery program you will get to fine tune your archery skills in the dark with the assistance of black lights, glow in the dark targets, and glow sticks.
