Improve your archery skills in this class that focuses on accuracy and shooting farther distances. Students must attend three basic archery classes before attending this program. All equipment is provided for students.

Grab your bike, pack a lunch, and prepare for an adventurous 15 mile round trip ride from Panola Mountain State Park to Davidson-Arabia Nature Preserve and back. Guided by Park Rangers, we’ll learn more about the history and landscape of the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area. Please bring your own bike or contact pm.naturalist@gmail.com to make arrangements for rentals. The ride will be moderate to strenuous and is not recommended for beginners.

Join us for a Rivers Alive cleanup event on Georgia State Park's Day. We will be cleaning up along the Panola Mountain South River corridor. Bring work gloves, eye protection, water, and good walking shoes. Lunch will be provided after the cleanup is finished for participants. Parking is waived on this date so plan to spend the day at the park afterwards at no cost!

Panola Mountain State Park is holding its 3rd Annual Archery Tournament, featuring 3-D and static range competitions. Ages 9 and up welcome; children and adults will compete separately for fantastic prizes.
