AWARE will host The 2013 Michael D. Ellis Memorial Wildlife Series. Two wildlife experts wil be featured:

• Katrina Morris, a DNR wildlife biologist, will talk about bat conservation efforts in GA
• DNR  wildlife biologist, Thomas Floyd, will talk about efforts to save the bog turtle

The Druid Hills Civic Association is sponsoring an informational presentation to address Coyote Management in the Atlanta area.  Alternatives will be offered to the trap and kill method which provides only a temporary solution and creates long-term negative consequences.
