Satisfy your mind, body, and soul with an architectural tour of the Monastery of the Spirit.

STEAM ahead with interesting design activities as the Arabia Mountain Heritage Area Alliance launches Homeschool Day with Heritage. This two-hour class helps students ages 5 to 12 to build their math, science, and artistic skills, to bolster their knowledge of history, and to broaden their understanding of the only National Heritage Area in metropolitan Atlanta.

Help us care for the historic cemetery by clearing trails, grounds, and vines from this unique place. Joined by Jonny Waits of the Flat Rock Archive, we will learn about DeKalb’s deep African American roots.  

During an exciting day you'll visit the three Metro Atlanta monadnocks to learn different photography techniques in unique landscapes. In this small, personal class you'll be taught by Larry Winslett, an expert nature photographer who has chronicled the natural world in many parts of North America.

Join the Southern Bicycle League for our inaugural Monadnock Madness Metric or 30 miler. Established to roll in conjunction with the 4th annual Monadnock Madness where you can enjoy guided hikes and events at Arabia, Panola, and Stone Mountains. This ride will roll past all three mountains and then turn around at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit.
