Stanley Cemetery lies nestled up against Panola Mountain State Park and is the burial site of Edward Alexander who helped save Alexander Lake at Panola Mountain Park. The cemetery lies off of Alexander Lake Rd and will require a short walk after parking on an unpaved park road. Please wear walking shoes and clothing appropriate for the weater. Bring gloves, water and “garden” tools – rake, shovel, pruning shears, loppers.
