Step into the magic of Arabia Mountain for a transformative journey of movement, sound, and connection with the land. Together, hike through the forest, drop into stillness by the lake for a soul-nourishing sound bath, and rise into joyful celebration with a silent disco.
Here’s the flow:
- 🌄 11:00 AM – Gather at Arabia Mountain trailhead
- 🚶 11:11 AM – Begin mindful hike (approx. 1 mile, 45 min) with calming music + shared reflections
- 🤸 12:00 PM – Gentle stretch + arrival by the lake
- 🔔 12:05 PM – Sound Bath with Dr. Makeda Moore (20 min)
- 🎧 12:25 PM – Silent Disco: celebrate with movement + curated high-vibe beats
- 🌼 12:40 PM – Special sharing from an Arabia Mountain ranger on the blooming daisies and their meaning
- 🎶 12:50 PM – Hike back, carrying the energy of music and dance into the forest (optional headphones on return)
