Certified Forest Therapy Guide Robin Hancock will gently guide participants through a restorative process of connecting to natural surroundings. Taking place in the greenspace of the Rockdale Art Farm on International Forest Bathing Day, visitors can take part in a practice of mindfulness and restoration in the forest. 

Walk is $10. Space is limited to the first 20 registrants.
