As temperatures rise and the sunscreen comes out, the partners of the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area are gearing up for an exhilarating line-up of outdoor adventures. With river exploration, free bike rentals, campfire folktales and “s’more” there is almost limitless fun all summer long!  

We are kicking off this extraordinary summer line-up with a fantastic day of community service and a kiosk unveiling! The new kiosks will help thousands of visitors discover the fascinating history and diverse environments of the Davidson–Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve.

During the celebration we’ll be joined by the experts, volunteers and photographers who helped make these kiosks so stunning! If you would like to join the unveiling, RSVP to save your spot! 

We’ll also be handing out copies of a brand new scavenger hunt game. It is perfect for elementary and middle school aged children. After finishing this fun game, children can earn a delightful prize!

After the celebration dozens of community volunteers will give back to the Nature Preserve by helping to improve and protect the trail system in honor of  National Trails Day.
