The 5K & Family Fun Run returns in 2012 to the Monastery of the Holy Spirit!  Runners will experience the scenic monastery landscape along the beautiful green space of the monastery woods. The 5K will be a timed event using chip technology in the bib tag. The Family Fun Run will be a family friendly 1 mile run or walk. The course starts adjacent to the New Monastic Heritage Center and finishes at Monastery Gatehouse entrance.

Remember you don’t have to RUN and this won’t be a race…you don’t need to feel like you are supposed to be the fastest one out there…enjoying the walk or jog through a beautiful landscape rarely open to the public. Bring your kids, they will have fun too.
