#PreservethePark with Tenille Johnson

We completed our very first hike together @arabiamountain_nha! Aven was super excited to see the mountain and lead the way. Arabia Mountain is a true treasure; it’s beautiful and full of natural wonders to discover.
There are a few rules to follow when visiting the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area. Aven did a great job keeping them in mind as we hiked.
▪️We stayed on the bare granite, keeping clear of puddles or “solution pits”, patches of sand and vegetation to help #PreservethePark
▪️ We didn’t pick, damage or remove any stones or any of the plants we saw.
▪️We stayed on the trail.
▪️We don’t have a dog but if you visit with yours, they should be kept on a leash and not allowed to drink from solution pits.
