Float with the South River Watershed Alliance and Ranger Meredith for a 6.5 mile canoe/kayak paddle starting at Panola Shoals and taking out at Klondike Road. All abilities and ages are welcome and will enjoy the peaceful and scenic river that forms the county line between DeKalb and Rockdale. Participants will learn about the watershed, its ecology, and the human centered issues of the river in order to become better citizen advocates. Cost is $45/person or $35/person (personal canoe/kayak).  Bring your own snacks and water.
